Timely inspection of parts according to work instructions and customer specifications; Use of inspection tools, such as x-rays, humidity chamber, and micrometer; Completion of required paperwork (such as form QMF 09) for approved parts; Use of precision measuring instruments, including electronic devices; Inspect color, finish, dimensions, hardness, density or other measurable or observable characteristics of material; Ensure proper preventive maintenance and calibration of inspection tools; Follow all ISO, NADCAP, AS, ITAR, and other regulatory requirements. This individual will inspect and test products and services provided to our customers to ensure they meet required specifications.
