Patient population includes a wide variety of medical patients plus surgical ortho (spine/lumbar/cervical, joints) and ENT cases (laryngectomies, tracheostomies, thyroidectomy, head/neck dissection, tongue resection), with some abdominal surgery overflow. Skills in wound care, surgical/post-op care, IV starts, wound vac management, drain management, PEG tubes, tube feedings, TPN, and trach/lary care required.
