Provide oversight expertise on the overall design of learning and development programs, including instructional frameworks, content mapping, prototypes or drafts, narrative scripts, and storyboards in various delivery methods (e.g., virtual classroom, eLearning, webinars, self-led materials, and in-class workshops). The Senior L&D Design and Development Oversight role is responsible for collaborating with preferred Vendor Partners, Learning Solution Architects, Program Managers, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the broader L&D team (e.g., Delivery and Program Support), and other stakeholders.
