In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Managing and directing application delivery for SaaS platforms in Agile environments, providing leadership and oversight for multiple teams, facilitating PI planning, defining project priorities, monitoring progress, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments using Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams; (2) Leading analytics and performance initiatives, leveraging tools including Google Analytics to monitor user engagement, track adoption metrics, and guide strategic enhancements across applications; (3) Managing financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for technology initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analysis, budget tracking, and financial oversight, leveraging Coupa for financial and project cost management; (4) Conducting portfolio planning and delivery, managing implementations, enhancements, and lifecycle processes for SaaS solutions while driving team performance and managing multiple concurrent projects, utilizing Shibumi for portfolio planning, project tracking, and reporting; and (5) Operating within healthcare domains, including Utilization Management. PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
