DCPD_GND Key job responsibilities - Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects - Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles - Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords - Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment - Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware Traveling within and outside of regional work area is required.
