EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus at least five years of building maintenance experience which included preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, access control systems, video surveillance systems, fire alarms and paging systems, buildings and facilities. Isolates defects in wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, switches, sockets, and other elements and replaces faulty circuit breakers, fuses, switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems.
