General knowledge of enterprise networking, endpoint management, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions, with experience or familiarity with platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, Cradlepoint, Hexnode, Meraki Systems Manager, or ManageEngine preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of computer and laptop deployment, repair, maintenance, and technical support, with working knowledge of satellite-based communication systems (including VSAT and SAT phone technologies) and AC/DC electrical systems to ensure technology infrastructure is properly deployed and supported.
