What Youll Do: The Specialty Care Center (SCC) Nurse Director is responsible for the growth, quality, patient experience, people, operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the SCC clinical service line across applicable inpatient and outpatient settings. Maintain accountability for service-line operations, departmental statistics, productivity, staffing models, payroll, revenue and expense performance, operating and capital budgets, resource utilization, throughput, access, and corrective action plans.
