The Learning Developer collaborates with Training & Development (T&D) Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and key internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-quality interactive learning content for customers, internal support staff, and sales teams across product lines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with T&D Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, technical SMEs, global teams, and cross-functional teams to gather content, script instructional materials, and edit content for effective knowledge transfer.
