Candidate must demonstrate experience in home healthcare with skills in alternative communication devices, augmentative communication, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), degenerative diseases, dysarthria, dysphagia, hearing impairments, Medicare Part A, oral motor, and point of service documentation. This position involves providing specialized speech and language therapy services to home health patients, supporting their communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs within a community-based setting.
