Key responsibilities include: Partner with Investment, Market, Development, and Leasing teams to identify and advance capital deployment initiatives, including land acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit developments, value-add redevelopments, portfolio and single-asset acquisitions, and M&A or entity investment support. Originate investment opportunities by leveraging existing professional relationships and developing new strategic contacts with real estate partners, private sellers, brokers, investment bankers, owners, developers, consultants, and high-net-worth individuals.
