Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of nursing experience; previous charge nurse experience; clinical experience in the United States; current compact state license in hand at submission; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; required experience with Epic charting; experience caring for patient ratios of approximately 1:46; proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, isolation precautions and personal protective equipment, and nasal cannula use. Interdisciplinary support includes intravenous therapy teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
