The Facilities and Capital Projects division operates and maintains building systems, interior spaces, and building exteriors across Shoreline Community College's 26 buildings, including an award-winning automotive training center, a visual arts building, computer centers, laboratories, a student center, a theater, a gymnasium, a child-care center, a multimedia center, and the Ray W. Primary responsibilities include the following: Plan, organize, and direct the work of maintenance team or contractors engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, heating, water, cooling, refrigeration, sewer, HVAC, and mechanical/electrical control systems; Serve as on-call maintenance supervisor to address any emergency needs.
