This position provides comprehensive physical therapy services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including evaluations, treatment planning, rehabilitation services, gait and transfer training, orthotic and prosthetic training, and wound care. Additional Information: Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized plans of care, delivers rehabilitation services through discharge, and supports patients and their families or caregivers.
