Two years manufacturing experience and/or training preferred Must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills utilizing them to interact with others in a positive manner 5 years of experience in metal cutting The candidate must be a fully self-sufficient and trained technician on CNC Swiss-style equipment Must be able to complete tool changes and off sets as required The candidate can read and interpret a detailed blueprint with multiple tolerances and smaller dimensions, and can use measuring equipment independently Can execute the components of a setup sheet Can successfully troubleshoot machines and resolve technical issues independently Can complete minor set ups, read simple programs, and complete minor program edits successfully . Use quality measuring tools to verify product conformity (micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, microscope, video measuring equipment and CMM), and follow work instructions, prints and other documents.
