Documents implementation decisions, system configurations, testing results, and client-specific requirements to ensure successful ongoing support and maintenance Monitors post-implementation performance and client adoption, addressing concerns, identifying enhancement opportunities, and promoting long-term client satisfaction Marginal Functions Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
