This role works closely with discipline leaders, department leaders, subject matter experts, IT, and AI/automation leadership to understand existing processes and transform manual, spreadsheet-based, email-driven, or disconnected work into modern digital solutions. They can sit with a discipline leader, learn a process, map it out, identify opportunities for improvement, and then build the Power App, Power Automate workflow, Dataverse structure, API connection, Fabric pipeline, or Power BI solution needed to improve it.
