Required Qualifications: Oregon license; BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy, specifically upper extremity work including shoulders, wrists, elbows, fractures, tendonitis, and muscle repairs. This role involves providing specialized therapy focused on upper extremity treatments, including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, fractures, and general upper extremity pain.
