GENERAL SUMMARY: Henry Ford Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative IT Director of Epic Access Applications reporting to VP Business Applications and the role will be accountable for the strategy, roadmap, governance, optimization, automation, delivery, adoption, and business value realization of Epic Access capabilities that enable timely patient access, efficient scheduling and registration, referral and authorization workflows, digital front door adoption, patient movement, and front-end revenue-cycle integrity. Epic Access application domain includes but not limited to Cadence/Scheduling, Prelude/Registration, Grand Central/Patient Movement, SER/Provider Record, Fac Org/Facility Structure, Gallery/Document Management, RTE/Coverage Verification, Referrals/Authorizations.
