The Coordinator must build strong working relationships with area managers, supervisors, operators, and teammates across the plant; spend time in the mill with operators weekly and take the initiative to fully understand each area’s processes; and serve as the management system point of contact for assigned areas, including presenting information to leadership. The Business Management System Coordinator supports the Business Management System Supervisor in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems, as well as process improvement initiatives, in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
