Other duties include, but are not limited to, the following essential job functions:Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across two diagnostic imaging locations Act as a key liaison between Radiologists and staff to address quality, safety, and protocol improvements Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to improve patient care and workflowReview and maintain appropriate staffing levels Monitor inventory and order supplies to support uninterrupted operations Investigate and help resolve patient concerns in a timely, compassionate manner Monitor patient flow, exam turnaround times, productivity, and overall department efficiency. Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field, as required by the employerCurrent New York State ARRT certification in RadiographyCurrent New York State Radiologic Technologist license.
