Review, draft and negotiate complex contracts or other legal documentation with customers, strategic partners, suppliers, and others who desire to contract with the Company, including, but not limited to, agreements for participation in the Company's networks for health information messaging and connectivity, data use agreements, technology licensing agreements, joint research projects, and contracts with vendors supplying services or equipment to the Company under the supervision of an attorney. Areas of application could include, but are not limited to: business law, health law, data privacy, license agreements and intellectual property, customer contracts, contracts with vendors to the Company, employment law, risk assessment, and reviewing, drafting and negotiating various agreements.
