Software Applications (i.e. Software Testing Tools (i.e. Open Text ALM), UFT, Call Master, RIA RTA, Oracle Utilities Suite: Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM), Web and wire frames, Interactive voice response (IVR), Structured Query Language (SQL). 3+ years of software quality assurance experience, including manual and/or automated testing with demonstrated ability to develop Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases, as well as defect creation, tracking, analysis, and progress reporting.
