The position serves as a local technical resource for hospital operations, partners with IT Security, Engineering, Applications, Service Desk, vendors, contractors, and clinical departments, and helps ensure reliable technology operations that support patient care and clinical workflows. This includes support for technologies such as electronic medical records, medication dispensing and pharmacy systems, badge access, clinical communication tools, nurse call and patient room technology, label and wristband printing, shared workstations, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other endpoint devices.
