This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for learning platforms, data processes, and training infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, accurate, and deliver a seamless end‑user experience for sales reps, trainers, and facilitators. Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the LMS and digital training technologies (e.g., Questionmark, 7taps, Workday, MindTickle, Chronus/OnTrack, WellSaid), ensuring platforms are configured, maintained, and scaled to support Sales Training needs.
