D505 janitors duties and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to, emptying of trash receptacles, cleaning of bathrooms, stocking of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary napkin dispensers, sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuuming, flooring projects, clean-up of blood-borne pathogens and HWM, carpet extraction operations, dusting, placement of sandbags in flood prone areas, flood restorations, cleaning of litter, emptying of cigarette but containers, working with cleaning chemicals, NPPI shredding operations, weed whacking, sanitizing and disinfecting, working in buildings with no elevators having to use stairs to use and being essential personnel for snow and deicing operations. Qualifications:
Required:<ul><li>High School diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>1+ years of cleaning experience</li><li>Ability to walk up and down stairs routinely is required. </li><li style="margin-left:0in">Have experience and ability to work with cleaning and disinfecting products. </li><li>Be flexible to work assignment locations.            </li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience cleaning in an industrial/commercial/manufacturing setting</li><li>Snow removal and deicing experience </li><li>Working daily and weekend overtime as requested in support of assignments preferred </li></ul>

Skills:
<ul><li>Strong safety performance track record required.</li><li>Strong cooperation skills and being a team player required.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.</li><li>Being a self-starter and capable of working alone required.</li></ul>
