Duties include, but not limited to: • Providing assistance in resolving work problems • Coordinate and assist in work to be performed • Works with and assigns staff on special projects • Reviews work while in progress and ensures project will be completed on schedule • Implements and enforces safety procedures • Checks building and areas to see all assigned employees are in their areas covered, and trains employees. Will mop, clean, buff & wax floors as well as wash corridors, stairs, stairwells, walls and partitions; safely use various hand operated equipment and detergents, & other cleaning products; scrub and clean all areas of lavatories, rooms, & facilities.
