Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, social room, garage, trash rooms, pool deck, beach access areas, and exterior walkways. Assist with the daily upkeep of the pool deck, including picking up debris, checking furniture layout, wiping down surfaces, straightening cushions, monitoring trash areas, and reporting any damage or safety concerns.
