p>Responsibilities: Assist with event setups and breakdowns including lifting and moving furniture Event cleaning, routine cleaning, and occasional deep cleaning projects Scheduled turnovers and cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, dining room, and other buildings Cleaning, mopping, window cleaning, waste removal, recycling separation, Communicate inventory and equipment status to the Hospitality Services Manager Campus security and nightly lock-up of buildings; evening emergency assistance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience of professional janitor work in the hospitality industry Be able to understand and follow safety guidelines Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, twist, turn, kneel, stoop, climb ladders and stairs Able to use hand tools and push, lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
