Cleans and maintains cleanliness of buildings, including but not limited to offices, classrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, lobby floors, windows, doors, walls, sinks, counters, commodes, fixtures, elevators and/or stairwells. Must be willing to learn to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment, including but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, carpet cleaning equipment, etc.
