DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work responsibilities include the following: perform scheduled maintenance repairs of the plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling pneumatic and basic DDC systems; maintain and inspect equipment such as steam coils, cooling and heating coils, steam valves, traps, chilled water vales, pumps, check valves, condensers and evaporators located in building mechanical rooms. Basic working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) used on motors to control chiller solution pumps, water pumps, blower fan units and other various HVAC equipment.
