QUALIFICATIONS
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing maintenance and construction.
•Must hold a current Texas Journeyman Plumber License.
•Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems including potable water, gas, sanitary sewer, and drainage systems.
•Experience with plumbing service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and estimating labor and materials.
•Experience installing and repairing black pipe, copper, PVC, and polyethylene piping systems.
•Ability to read and interpret plumbing schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
•Ability to solder, weld, braze, and perform minor field fabrication.
•Ability to safely operate plumbing tools, equipment, and machinery.
•Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work including walking, standing, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
•Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
•Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
•Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team with effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Successful candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and TB test.
