Provides legal advice/counsel in business-related areas of expertise (e.g., privacy law, corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions/anti-trust, compliance, intellectual property, insurance law, employment/labor, corporate governance, ethics, etc.). The Corporate Attorney supports the Assistant General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer with special projects and daily work assignments.
