Prepares, administers, and provides reports to families and teachers regarding student performance on whole grade universal screening assessments and individual assessments related to gifted identification; communicates with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve student behavioral and academic problems and to coordinate instructional efforts, especially in regard to twice exceptional students. Establishes and communicates to students clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects; provides advanced instruction to students individually and in groups (caseload and FTE permitting), using various teaching methods and technology and adjusting teaching style and method to meet student learning style.
