The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using electronic learning platforms to facilitate student learning and work as part of a team, a passion for collaborative work with diverse faculty, staff, and students, and the ability to positively influence, mentor, and work with a diverse student population in the Emergency Medical Services program. Faculty members are responsible for developing educational and evaluation materials consistent with the philosophy and framework of the program, MassBay Community College, and, as applicable, accreditation, licensure, and specialty requirements, in accordance with the MA Office of Emergency Medical Services and CoAEMSP.
