Lead the implementation and sustainment of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and advanced preventive, predictive, and prescriptive maintenance strategies, including developing and managing a comprehensive Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) program (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, and other PdM technologies), integrating AI-driven platforms to optimize Remaining Useful Life (RUL), and driving reliability maturity assessments and roadmap development. Lead and drive improvements in the reliability and maintainability of fixed plant assets across all production lines (Seamless, Thread Line, Rod Mill, Steel Making, and Rail Mill 2) by analyzing equipment performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE/TTT) to identify opportunities, and establishing, tracking, and benchmarking reliability KPIs.
