Creates and disseminates the official Sports Club Manual listing all University and Campus Recreation rules and regulations, emergency procedures, required paperwork (health/accident insurance, risk consent, participation rosters, coach agreements, codes of conduct, equipment inventory, assumption of responsibility), and basic operating procedures to align with the guidelines for allocated clubs and organizations. Promote extramural activities and conduct instructional sessions with team captains to disseminate rules, regulations, and operating procedures; assures all travel arrangements are completed, complete appropriate paperwork and payment, and oversee the competition on the state, regional, and national level.
