Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Safely operates an automated side loader (ASL) truck to collect and transport waste and recyclable materials along assigned routes, including residential streets, alleys, driveways, parking lots, and other areas with varying traffic and access conditions. Safely operates a solid waste collection truck (side loader, front loader, roll off, and/or other miscellaneous equipment) to collect waste, recycle, or compost material along a designated route and transfer it to a disposal site.
