The Director, Knowledge Management & Communications reports to the Senior Director, Technical Services, MERL, and leads knowledge management, communications, and data visualization across the Lifesaving Health Assistance (LHA) program and supports complementary MIHR priorities, particularly the Ebola Response and MERL-related closeout for non-continuing countries. The Director translates MERL and technical data into clear, audience-appropriate knowledge products, including quarterly report content, infographics, and other data visualizations, and leads closeout documentation, final reporting, and lessons-learned synthesis for MIHR countries transitioning out of the project.
