This position will work closely with program leadership, operational teams, technical personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure critical information, documentation, lessons learned, and operational knowledge are effectively organized, maintained, protected, and accessible to authorized users. Responsibilities may include configuring and supporting collaboration platforms, maintaining system performance, implementing best practices for information management, supporting data integrity and recovery processes, and troubleshooting technical or process-related issues affecting knowledge-sharing capabilities.
