Ensuring that test data, operational insights derived through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, and technical deliverables (detailed test plans, interim and/or final test reports, etc.) are systematically collected, managed, and made accessible to stakeholders across joint warfighting and test communities. Description: Serving as a primary contractor supporting the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program for architecting, managing, and maintaining structured enterprise knowledge repositories and database systems that facilitate decision making for feasibility studies, joint tests, and quick-reaction tests.
