Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable the Agency and its partners to collaborate, store, search, and discover information; share lessons learned and best practices; and report and track metrics to assess progress against various programs, policies, and strategies. Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.
