The role reports to and works in close partnership with the Associate Director, People Operations, Benefits & Compliance to align program delivery with benefits strategy and operational priorities, address material escalations, and support the ongoing evolution of benefits, leave, and workplace accommodation processes. This role partners closely with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support effective program delivery and improve employee experience, processes, workflows, self-service, and appropriate automation.
