Responsibilities include supporting staffing productivity through work scheduling and assignment distribution, conducting quality assurance audits, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, training and mentoring staff, providing feedback on performance and developmental needs, assisting in staff skill development and evaluations, leading special projects, and collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data and metrics. 4. Non-Radiologic Technologist must have active certification with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as an (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or (RCES) Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist.
