This person should be comfortable responding to service calls, diagnosing equipment failures, completing PMs and repairs, using BAS/BMS systems, documenting work accurately, communicating with customers, and helping keep HVAC systems operating safely and reliably. This position is best suited for an experienced HVAC journeyman who can work independently, diagnose equipment issues, complete service calls, document findings, communicate with customers, and help ensure reliable operation across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
