Budget & Financial Management: Develop and oversee construction budgets and financial forecasts, monitor project costs and commitments, review change orders and expenditures, analyze budget variances, and partner with Finance and Development on project funding requirements. The Director works closely with executive leadership, Development, Operations, Finance, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
