The Specialist partners closely with the Client and internal teams, including Service Delivery, Service Operations, Program Management, Finance, and Customer Success, to maintain data integrity, improve service outcomes, and support the ongoing success of the Laboratory Asset Management Program. Bachelor’s degree in Business, a scientific discipline, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience in asset management, laboratory operations, service operations, business operations, or data analytics; or 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
