The Senior Capacity Planner serves as a key influencer in SIOP to S&OE translation, proactively identifying risks, recommending trade-offs, and coordinating actions across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Facilities, HR, and Sourcing to enable scalable and resilient factory performance, particularly during ramp and volatility. The Senior Capacity Planner owns and evolves the finite capacity planning strategy across assigned and adjacent value streams (assembly, test, sub-fab support operations), ensuring alignment of equipment, labor, and critical facility services to SIOP demand signals and business objectives.
