Together with the Medical and Administrative Director, plans, coordinates and takes the lead in integrating Core Lab functions throughout all shifts, including scheduling, monitoring, data collection, data presentation and the implementation of approved new initiatives. Position will be the primary manager of core laboratory functions throughout the departmental shifts, inclusive of Processing, Phlebotomy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Urinalysis, Hematology, Coagulation, and Blood Bank.
