The role carries dual accountability: • as a people leader, leading and growing a team of sustainability/EHS reporting specialists (environmental and safety reporting SMEs, regulatory disclosure analysts), and coordinating closely with the adjacent GTEL Sustainability team on shared Scope 1/2 energy and GHG emissions reporting accountabilities; • as the senior environmental and safety disclosures owner, personally accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and strategic direction of Pfizer Global Supply's environmental, safety, sustainability, and climate-related reporting and disclosures. • FDA CARES Act & Drug Shortage Risk Reporting — Own Pfizer Global Supply's compliance with FDA drug shortage risk reporting obligations under the CARES Act (FDCA Section 506C), including maintaining required risk management plans, notifying FDA of manufacturing discontinuations or interruptions that could cause meaningful disruption, and completing annual drug manufacturing volume reporting.
